Jason Jacobs

 Jason Jacobs was born in Pittsford, New York , and began tap dancing aged nine. He left home at 15 to train under the direction of Petrus Bosman at the Virginia School of the Arts. He has been a member of Louisville Ballet, Chautauqua Ballet , North Carolina Dance Theater and Complexions Contemporary Ballet. He was a founding member of Uri Sands and Toni Pierce's company, TUDance. After two seasons dancing for Johannes Wieland at the Staatstheater Kassel in Germany , Jason joined Hofesh Shechter Company in 2009.
