Hofesh returns to Sadler’s Wells with his latest work, Grand Finale, a spectacularly bold and ambitious new piece featuring 10 dancers. Designed by Tom Scutt with lighting by Tom Visser, this new work sees the company return to live music, played on stage by a band of six musicians.
Grand Finale is at once comic, bleak and beautiful, evoking a world at odds with itself, full of anarchic energy and violent comedy. Filtering this irrepressible spirit, Hofesh creates a vision of a world in freefall, part gig, part dance, part theatre and wholly original.
The production previews at Theatre Royal Plymouth on 1st and 2nd June prior to receiving its world premiere at La Villette-Paris in partnership with Théâtre de la Ville on 14th June, followed by an extensive tour to leading venues and festivals in the UK and around the world.
Tickets for London and Paris are on sale this week.
Grand Finale tours to Colours International Dance Festival Stuttgart, Athens and Epidaurus Festival, Danse Danse Montréal, Brooklyn Academy of Music New York, HOME Manchester, and Dansens Hus Oslo. Click here for tour dates. More to be announced.

Each pack is designed to compliment our individual shows, giving an insight into Hofesh’s inspiration, process and give a unique perspective of how our dancers work. We also launched specifically designed Political Mother AS and A Level Study notes and film in 2016 to coincide with Hofesh being a named choreographer on the syllabus.
